Information about your health is very personal. We have chosen not to participate with insurance and other 3rd party payers to give you control of not releasing information to insurance companies (and the possibility of your employer and others). We take confidentiality of your information very seriously. Our medical records are bar-coded and protected behind multiple layers a sophisticated electronic security system, especially when it comes to genetic information and the status of your brain health.

Options on what kind of health care you choose to purchase should be your decision and not limited to what medical insurance dictates. We custom create packages to suite each person's needs, their commitment to true health optimization and their financial capacity.

ILIV presents you with many options including information, guidance and encouragement to optimize your health and measure results.

We are not a volume provider. Three to five clients who wish to go through our full program will utilize our 5200 sq feet and 5 employees during their one or two day stay with us. The level of care and expertise and technology available to you at the point of service is unique. This is not for everyone. It takes significant resource that includes money but also commitment in time, spousal support and long term commitment to true lifestyle change.

Payment is requested at the time of services except when prepayment is required. Payments may be made in cash, check, or credit card.

Prepayment using a credit card number with expiration date is recommended for our staff to reserve an appointment time. Payment for new patient consultations with Dr. Parker is requested at the time the appointment is scheduled. Payment for follow up consults or other services will not be processed prior to delivery of consultation services.

If client does not cancel an appointment with at least three days notice, a missed appointment charge will be made to their credit card for that appointment and they maybe charged for the full appointment fee.
